Am starting to look at energy use but don't think I can cope with another spreadsheet :o . However, bill came last weekend & I realised they have made an error. New meter has been installed for leccy and they have set it up the wrong way round, so days are charged at night rate and vice versa. (My average usage since Feb is 7.66 night unit a day and 2.33 day units, normal pattern is other way round). I've taken readings to prove it is incorrect and need to phone them. Bill will be an extra £68:eek:. Here's hoping they don't adjust DD. Many people have said I should have kept quiet but I like things to be 'right'(can you tell I'm a Virgo and an ex-auditor ), also from a pragmatic point of view - if I take advantage of it & change my usage round, then they find out the error, it would cost me a fortune.:(

Only one MS booked, phone call for 2 weeks. Need to look for more :(

Still no toms, and triffid potatotes are stopping me reaching peas & beans to get them up netting :(

Need to check credit card online then maybe email MS company. I did a hotel stay which hotel should have refunded but hadn't last time I looked :(

£15 MS cash received. £10 into bank also so all paid off as part of the mass OP challenge :)

All challenges updated, PM's sent etc. Whew. :)

Finally built furniture for spare/DD's room. 40 minutes to get out of boxes :o, 30 minutes to build :T.Then decided I didn't like where wardrobe was so had to move the whole room round to get it moved . Very pleased with it though :)

Had to raise a dispute on ebay as purchaser hadn't paid - she has now done so (a whole £1.47 plus postage, maybe she was waiting till pay day :rotfl:), so a quick trip to the PO. Unfortunately though I haven't reached £50 in paypal so it can stay there for now till I sell something else :(

DS currently (hopefully) in Hungary, having been through 5 countries since Monday :)

Ahem, only 5 more sleeps till my holiday
    9.gif:)

Hm, a few more :( than :), but 9.gifclinches it. Have a good day all.

GG we had exactly the same problem with the Registers listed the wrong way round. Took quite some time to sort but I concur best resolved otherwise you will be due to pay the difference. On our unit the Register R2 flashes in operation 0700-0000, and, say with oven running you can see the digits increment.

Once sorted out they (British Gas) confirmed that meter readings by their subcontractor would be entered correctly on the system and this seems to be the case.

I'm reading every two weeks to get reasonable data in our spreadsheet. Can't see how you have too many of them? :rotfl:

If you concede women can't have too many shoes I'll concede on the spreadsheets :rotfl:. I do actually have one but is very basic, it only lists usage from bills, what I meant was it's not going to be all singing & dancing like yours.

I am mummy to 5 little green tomatoes :D. OH thought I was a bit carried away by my celebrations but I thought my whoops were quite understated :rotfl:.

Picked up a MS for Tues lunchtime, will be fine as long as injection from dentist has worn off & I can eat .

Have been looking at hols for winter and have decided on Gambia. We went a few years ago & I loved it (monkeys at the bottom of the garden :D) but OH hated it, chiefly because of the bumsters. However, he's now decided he liked it after all. Men . Have found a lovely hotel, £867 B & B, 4% cash back. Have put it on overseas board to see if anyone can better it, if not I will book tomorrow. :) The airport is Manchester, 2 hours away, we could have got closer but it was dearer & more importantly these are Saturday flights, we we only need 5 days off work. All other flights were weekday.

Went to Boots earlier, armed with tons of vouchers. Spent £31.06, should have been an extra £25.79 and also got £8.62 in points and £2 off voucher. V pleased with purchases (and that all coupons went through!) but I just wish they would cut prices instead . Somehow I have managed to get an over 60 discount although I am 'only' 47 :rotfl:.

Off to update spreadsheets & put some money in peefer the pig :)

    17.gif 4 more sleeps :)

As in mange tout, grown with my very own fair hands, and very nice it was too :j. Here's hoping for some more growing while I'm away
    2 more sleeps till 5.gif
Rental money from apartment has been paid into Spanish account so plenty € to last the summer in there (service charge, gas, leccy, water all come out). :)
Had an enquiry for free week but despite my best Spanish (via google translate :rotfl:) no take up :(
Booked Gambia for Jan, so will get some 11.gif in Jan :). Decided to book B&B, but no upgraded rooms left. Came in at £40 dearer than it was on Sunday, however it crashed as I paid & when I redid booking it was back to the original price, so pleased with that. £783 for the week, 4/5 star hotel, which looks like THIS :)
V hopeful peefer the pig can be emptied when I return from Spain, he's almost full so that will be more money for the pot :)
Which is just as well, offset has taken rather a battering the past few days, but will be repaid in a few weeks when maths sorted out :)
Apart from holiday deposit, bedroom furniture & boiler :(
Busy day at work tomorrow & friend staying tomorrow night so need to get a move on NOW....... :o Still got lots to do & MS to input, done one already.

See you all next week when I will be 9.gif, but also 5.gif

    Am back :(

    Had a lovely time :)

No exciting movements in balances while I was away, but have paid £10 into offset .

Received £30 cheque - cashback from insurance policy, and a further £30 cashback has validated on quidco, so house insurance has cost just under £90 for the year :)

Picked up a few MShops for the weekend :)

Had appraisal today - still have a job :o. Maybe I should be on the stage as I do a good act at being a professional and responsible employee :rotfl: . Boss would like me to progress but I am happy as is so we shall see. Don't mind current role developing though, so we'll see :)

Weather poo here. Wish I was still on holiday. I'm happy there :(
