Anyway, back to the real world.......

cheap weekend :j, lovely wedding with mucho 6.gif but stopped before 5.gif

My radishes are still pants 5.gif, and my toms still have no toms. But hey, they're all still alive :)

Offset creeping up nicely and total mortgage reduction/offset savings for the year will be just short of 15k come Weds :j. Which is just as well as the 300ish heating bill for one of the BTL's is rapidly turning in to a 2.5k new boiler 10.gif. Need to get a few opinions/quotes first.

  • Get as many quotes as you can, we were surprised how variable they were. Also remember to ask which make and model of boiler they're planning on fitting that's usually what makes the difference in the price. I'm sure you know this but run the quotes (inc. make and models) by the Fair Quotes board on MSE, some good advice to be gained there.

Hurray for still alive plants... we lost a few lettuce, ate two red strawberrys, discovered very small green toms and cooked our peas at the weekend. No sign of squash yet!

So far this morning I have:
    - forgotten the log-in details I've used for years so been loggeed out of Egg which I use to access all my bank accounts
    - found a £10 M&S voucher I'd forgotten about
    - lost an address I need to send an ebay parcel to
    - had a chunter to myself about never being able to use my extra points vouchers from Tescos as the nearest one is 7 miles away & I forget to take them to work where there is one - then remembered there has been a Tesco Express 2 miles away for the past year
    - lost my last petrol receipt

Do you have a brain children? Gallygirl hasn't :rotfl:
