We will get quicker with this running lark........surely!

Today feels much later in the week than Wednesday - surely it must be at least Thursday. Is someone playing a cruel trick on me and swapping dates on my calendar

Weigh in today - and another peek at my own scales says that yet again I won't have lost any weight. I think I will give up going to weigh in if the news is not good - I am running (well jogging) loads, doing far more exercise than I have done for years, and so that will have to be good enough. Maybe one day the scales will "catch up" and suddenly show I have lost a stone or two!

Apart from that - work, work, work, then maybe a short run while the children are at karate tonight.

I hope you all have a good day x

  • Morning Hypno,

I know what you mean I was convinced it was Thursday too when I woke up; at least I didn't think that it was Saturday like I have done in the past.

You're doing really well on the running, keep going.

Don't work too hard today and have a good day too.
