Just back from my run with P - 4 miles.....We were sure we were sprinting along, but it seems we were just as slow as last time :rolleyes: Still, we had to remind ourselves that this time last month we couldn't get round the block without stopping, so we have made good progress.......we are just impatient and want to be Paula Radcliffe-esque NOW :rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
