yup, sort of sums it up really - nothing is unbelievable any more with that lot!

savingmore, sadly it doesn't do the ironing.......in fact I am still not quite sure what it does do! I have a lot to learn with it yet!

Seaxwyn, Sainsburys probably have quite a high conversion rate to their "new" loan, with all those who will welcome a 3 month payment holiday over Christmas. Sad. So Sad. If only we could redirect those people to this site.

My running aches are escalating.....I think I will have a night off from the running today and go out tomorrow evening

egg really are the devil in disguise, hopefully you can get a reduction on the loan or try for a reduction in the interest following your complaint. i managed to get £100 compensation from them last year on my egg credit card due to them messing up so much so its worth standing your ground. i told them how long i had been onthe phone and what my hourly rate wasatwork. i think that helped my case.

i think you need a hot bath to recover from the running whth lots of bubbles and a good book.

lunar, yes I will be standing my ground on the egg thing. Like I say, it is a matter of principle really - they can't treat people like that, it is so unfair :mad:

On a more positive note, £8.50 arrived in clubcard vouchers today, which is £34 in deals - that is another lunch paid for at center parcs when we go in the summer :T

Oh, and got £3 luncheon vouchers from p!necone........a M&S lunch is therefore on the cards this week.....

I know! And without warning or the courtesy of telling me.........

It was the embarressment as much as anything - I was only wanting to pay for fish and chips at the ski club.....thank goodness I had that sponsor money with me, otherwise I would have ended up doing the washing up!! And THAT is just too much like housework to be comfortable :eek:

On the subject of Garmin - that was who OH did the advert for 2 years ago. It was only screened in USA - it had its premiere at the Superbowl so approx 90 million people saw it!
