  • Congratulations on the run Hypno that was ace.
Double Trouble - you are right about the SOA - it is scary, and it did take me a while to post mine, as you have seen, but it is good to do, even if only for reassurance that you ARE as on the ball as you think you are, and more often than not, the great and the good of DFW will find things that can be improved on!
I know that I am not on the ball in lots of areas thats why I don't want to post it but I am working on it.:o:o:o

Well done on going over 7 miles thats brilliant. I took our dog for a long walk today and it nearly killed me so I am definately impressed by your achievements.

Thank you doodledo! I have mapped out a route with an additional mile for next weekend, so hopefully can build on my progress so far! I need to do at least two more runs between now and then, though, so the tiredness in my legs may put paid to my plans! Time will tell!

    So far, so good though!

but my eye was caught by your 'garmin' telling you you used 901 calories...the only garmin i have is my car sat nav.....do you mean they can tell you how many calories you can use??? the thought of losing 901 calories driving 7.5 miles is making me smile :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
