    double trouble, the scariest thing about the soa is putting everything down but ask anyone here, its such a good feeling to stars shaving bits off when you get input from others. when ever you do poet it you will get loads of help nobody will make judgments.

    Yes, it is my birthday - 38 today.....

    Well, I did my 7.75 miles this morning - ran all the way without stopping so I am very pleased about that. But boy do my legs feel it now!! I don't think I will be running tomorrow :o

    We had lunch with my in laws - it is their wedding anniversary today too. Came home to find my internet doesn't want to work on my laptop for some reason, so I have pinched OH's lappy while he is at work. I hope mine is just wanting a few hours off, and that it works later on.

    Double Trouble - you are right about the SOA - it is scary, and it did take me a while to post mine, as you have seen, but it is good to do, even if only for reassurance that you ARE as on the ball as you think you are, and more often than not, the great and the good of DFW will find things that can be improved on!
