Ha ha, thanks, good to know I'm not the only one. I know what you mean though - I haven't added them all and I have been meaning to do some bits for what seems like forever! Some I really must do, like drum up work more local to me - I hate marketing so keep putting it off - why is it when your SE do you have to do everything? Morning all
Kids in the foulest of moods so I'm off to the shower.
Off for a cuppa with a friend am and then will do a list when I get back.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Minging Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
Level One
Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
Level Two
Sweep and mop floors
[strike]Clean the oven & hob[/strike]
Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)
Level Three
Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc ..
Choose one small appliance to clean thoroughly..
Clean door fronts and insides & fronts of appliances.. don't forget those kick boards..
Defrost the freezer.. clean it out and make use of those things which need using!
Extra Mission : help yourself
- clean the fridge..
- Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps.. a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!
- 33 fling boogie..
- Phone someone you love just to tell them so!!
- Empty the bin.. wash it out.. and make it smell SWEET
Tuesday Chuck!- Master Bedroom & Landing
Level 1
Check fire alarms are working
Remove and wash bed linen and duvet covers
[strike] Fling open the window and let in the draughts![/strike]
Level 2
Make any appointments you have been putting off and catch up on phone calls you need to make!
Vacuum & turn mattress before replacing with fresh linen..
Air the duvet
15 minutes floordrobe clearance
Level 3
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
Wipe down all the paintwork.. and the bed frame
Sort through one cupboard/wardrobe/chest of drawers, fling everything that is dead
Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more
HHI
attack those naughty spider housing estates!!
Clean windows in these rooms
Sort through the bedding and towels.. are there any that are no longer needed/useable?
Wednesday Wobbles - Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Level 1
Vacuum through the living room, hall and stairs
Level 2
Dusting, even if around everything
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
Clean windows and all glass.. including the tv screen
Clear a drawer .. any drawer
Level 3
Wipe and water plants
Put all your hotspots in one pile and work your way through it..
Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself
Extra Mission: Pick one or more of the following tasks –- Sort out handbags and winter coats.. do any need replacing now?
- Wipe down any paintwork that needs it.
- Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!!
- Wash any cushions, throws or curtains that need
Top up bird feeder
Doggy doodoo run in garden
Type up blog
Empty cat tray/refill cat tray
2 loads of washing
Email stepbrother re kitchen work
Post letter to W and C
Write letter to Dream Cottages re. library book left behind in cottage
My M.A.C.A.W challenge this week is..............make sure all dishes are washed up, sink and drainer wiped down before going to bed each night.
Also to have breakfast every morning - No breakfast monday or tuesday
I want to keep myself busy today as it is the one year anniversary of a close friend dying - she passed away without any warning. Doesn't really help as it is so near to the anniversary of my mum dying 2 years ago, next month.

Morning all thanx for car tax reminder, its all on the kitchen worktop waiting. Ihave to say that my OHis a chucker as well, i didnt go down the caravan for the last weekend last year, to pack all the last bits away, then at the beginning of the season this year, we were looking for the new kettle, bin, and a few other bits and bobs when friends told me he had chucked the lot, tins of food,tea, coffee, sugar, the new kettle etc. Needless to say i will make sure i am there this year!!
going to find todays list and make a start, good luck to all those with new jobs, dogs, and nasty bullies to deal with.0
