    toochoosey - I copy and paste from the first post, or sometimes I copy the first post into a Word document, and then copy and paste from there. I do the crossing out or deleting from the reply box here.

    Okay, accounts done. I need the tumbler to work faster as there's a backlog of washing waiting to dry! Now if OH fixed my wshing line (that's only been on his list for about two years now) then I wouldn't have to use the tumbler, and it's very good drying weather today (in between the showers).

    Back to my 'To Do' list.

    Mudbath - have you finished your Hour challenge, or have you just been playing with your puppy?:D

    Hello all

    I'm checking in from work! I wish i was at home doing HHCs with you all though!

    Bit fed up as we've had notification that the company doesn't currently have a performance related pay policy/structure, which is not what was said in the official documents we were given for our appraisals (6 month reviews) recently. I've also found a document from this year which gives performance categories for managers to indicate which level they think their staff fit into. So its all a bit odd to me. We have a maternity cover HR manager at the mo who seems to be altering things all over the place, but surely they can't just change this kind of thing - any help appreciated?! Hex might know I guess!

    Anywya, I am going to do a HHc of my own on my expenses claim and then have my lunch :)

  • Hi All :hello:

    Hoping everyone's well, and relatively chirpy.

    ((((hugs)))) to Natty sounds like a tough few weeks for you chick. I do so often wish there was a magic wand to make it all better, but there isn't so I guess we have to just put our head down and crack on... it's just all a bit too carp sometimes tho eh?? Sorry babe.

    serena, thanks for that. I'm much better at it if I'm talking to my mate on the phone while I'm doing it, that way at least I don't feel like I'm all alone! :o And... wow, very impressed about your homegrown veg. Sounds lovely! :T
    Mudders loving your list girl! Sounds like my kind of logic! :rotfl:
    Kaz PMSL about your OH interrupting your 'girlie' time in the bathroom!

    I'm waving a sick note in the air at pigpen today. I've got the cold you lot had last week. And.... just to add insult to injury... I've got really dodgy hip!!! :mad: Been to see my lurvvly GP who referred me for an X-Ray... no messing! So i've got that tomorrow (remarkably quick I thought!)

    I just feel like poo today! But Wednesday is DD1 &2's piano lesson, so I can't even curl up and veg, cos I'll really struggle to prise myself out of my pit if I start that! Moan moan moan!

    ~~~~~~would blow a raspberry if she had the energy~~~~~~~
    OMG that sounds just as bad!!!! That would drive me insane! :rotfl:
    Never mind the list, Im ironing washing warm to get it ready to dry (still no TD) and also since my last post I did my dailies quick and spent the rest of the time scrubbing the hob_pale_ Im at the point where Im using toothpicks:eek: and I just called the landlord (no answer) to figure out how to take the top off. Ive never had one like this before but the grease is literally oozing out of the sides where it sits in the counter so Im DREADING thinking of whats on the bottom side _pale_ But it must be done as I'm surprised we haven't gone up in flames!!!
    Can anyone tell me how to get under there?
    And Pigpen when I'm done, would it be out of order for me to ask for a Doggie biscuit please...just to make me feel better after all the horrid thoughts of where my hands are going :D I'll even give you before and after photo's :undecided
