God that post is just vile. After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?0 -
Do not call DB that, he is clearly having some problems, at least he was brave enough to ask for the thread to be taken down.
As for the link you did not read it then as it was not just about that.
Get over it wiki "Free Speech".
Or look above before pointing me out as the fall guy.
As for the link, I asked for a link to the original discussion to review the content. I don't think I will take lessons or links from you about free speech. After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union

DB Quote.
What I wrote was insensitive, rude, unjustified and unfounded. I retracted it and apologised. I'm not sure what more I can do.
I take that means he requested it's removal, pherhaps he did not
You obviously want to have the last post on this matter (why, I do not know) so please get it over with as I am sick of you whining about free speech.
As other posters have pointed out to you several times it is a moderated board owned by someone if you don't like it go to another site who will accept such posts.0 -
No, it's another very fair point that is likely to be canned because of the sensibilities of the thin skinned. As I read it, it is OK for women to post all kinds of dreadful grizzle about not being served by their partners, but not OK for Dud, a bloke, to express his own thoughts [without burdening us about his own situation] and then take the comments of others to heart, change his mind and tell everyone. It is not Gangstabird who is vile.
You don't think Ganstabird's vile because you're twin cheeks of the same a&se!:p
Of course she's VILE!!!!
What decent, normal, nice feminine woman comes out with the filth that THAT does?!
Gangstabird has often referred to sex in her posts - telling the poster whose bamboozled her , and got one over her, that she "AIN'T GETTING "IT" FROM HER OH"
I think she's sexually frustrated (sex is never far from her mind - you know, just like dieters always THINK about grub!:p )
I bet in reality, far from being a GANGSTABIRD - she's a mousey little librarian who sits meekly at her desk (in her thick tights, beige suede brogues and warm cardi) fantasising about being a gangsters moll!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
I bet she wouldn't even squeak in real life if you threw a pip at her!!:rotfl:0 -
How did you know I was mousey and a librarian. I am impressed.0

Because your frustration shines through.:p0 -
Blinding, you are very clever. You must be the one who came to borrow the book 'How to find friends and try to be witty at Parties';)0

Wrong!!:p
I was the one who borrowed the book "How To Avoid People At Parties Who Are Base And Bore You To Death":rotfl:0 -
Cmon PP, give it a rest eh? Now you and I are dear old friends and I really don't want to see you going off on one that you will later regret. After our many phone calls I know how sensitive you really are deep down, and how many hours you will later spend regretting this outburst. Remember what your therapist said - that's right - get off the angry train.
Love and kisses - your best mate - mewbie - xxx0
