i can JUSt about keep on top of house now (if you dont look too closely!) but am dreading what will be like with 3 EEK!
My mother had 4 of us quite close together - I was 7 when my brother was born, and my sisters were 5 and 1. Now I have my own darling angel, I think she was mad!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

OK Next question...
Question 7.1 About my outgoings as DH is paying all the bills, should I just list my phone petrol and kids stuff? That I spend out of my Child Benefit?BSC Member 207 :beer:Mummy to 3 Wonderful Children 2 Boys and a Princess0 -
No, you have to put the whole household outgoings and your own personal outgoings, so everyhting like mortgage, utilities, insurance, that sort of stuff goes on, but not things that are just for your OH like his own mobile, clothes, haircuts etc., Then in the box that says 'contribution by others' you put the total of all the household bills, but not his whole salary.
Hope that makes sense!Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Thanks, That does make sense... BUT there is not a box on this bit that says contribution from others which is why it confused me..
Just this:

Just an update as I am upset.. (as always) Im hormonal who can blame me being 7 months pregnant is not a walk in the park and a almost 2 and a 3 year old to throw in to the mix makes it a stressful start to the day....
Anyway I went bankrupt 2 weeks ago now and still things are going wrong
We tried to be sooo good this month but its just not working out, Hubbies company are soo slow in paying expenses that he is owed and I was relying on one lot to come in, it didnt and now the cheque for my sons nursery fees has just bounced .. it happened last month too its soo bloomin embarrassing..
We got no money to pay them till he gets paid or he gets expenses so i cant even go back with another cheque
We tried working on a cash only basis this month but Dh took cash but didnt give me one receipt for what he took so I have no idea what he spent his on.
all the cash has gone and we are back to using th card wth over a week to go till payday
obviously in previous months we would have used credit card to tide us over but now thats gone we cant even do that.
I have got a prepaid card for me yesterday so I can manage my cash that way but we need to get one for him too, but paypal wont let us have 2 from same bank account grrr
The car is being repossessed in 2/3 weeks
but he is pseaking to his mum today to lend us money for a cheaper one..
I just dont understand how we can spend over 4 grand in a month!!! well 3 weeks.. our bills are high we know that..
He cant go bankrupt as his income is too high i think if they count overtime? I dont think he understands he has read nothing I have given him about bankruptcy or looked anything up so he keeps asking me stupid questions and wanting to know things.. I am fed up coz even when i answer he doesnt listen!!! then asks again.
He had a complete rant last night because we had no life insurance.. Come one we been in this house a year WHY IS IT MY JOB TO GET LIFE INSURANCE!!?? actually i did and the stupid financial advisor messed it up so I canceleed it LOL and he knows that as we kept getting letters from them asking us to sign forms.. and he asked why then.. REMEBER DARLING??
Oh and his credit card, it was pretty full anyway but he was supposed to be using it for when he had to pay for work parking etc so we could pay back with expenses.. Well get the bloody statement yesterday and he only went and drew cash out on it!! !!!!!!?? which resulted in fees obviously which put him over his bloody limit.. He has no clue.. Never ever have i ever got cash out on a credit card...
ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH I am soo cross thismorning.. 7.30 - 11 hours to go. I cant even go get drunk lol!
Oh i am glad chils no 1 does not have school today coz i cant face the bounced cheque thing have told him to deal with it.
He just wont cut down on anything wont get rid of sky sports or stop going to pub with guys from work. He is also giving a guy from work lifts to work most days.. driving about 20 miles round trip out his way.. to do so. This guy said he would give him £5 a day he did it. 3 months.. he had 40 fags and £20!! ERMMM Doesnt quite add up does it? I actually think the guy has given him money but he just spent it and not told me
I give up...
On the plus side, I am guessing my bankruptcy would have been in paper by now and noone has rung me or anything lol so think i have gotten away with it and I searched online and cant find anything for me.. not done insolvancy website tho but just a general search so hoping I can keep it quiet..
