OOh got home to my first letter from a creditor today.. stating I had cancelled my Direct Debit.. they work quick dont they!!?

Do I need to keep these?? Or can I just chuck in bin?

Yeah, just file it nicely with the rest.

I have 3 children to and keeping up with everything can be a nightmare. I have started to follow the Flylady thread on the Old Style board, it is very helpful and I am slowly gaining a house back.

OOh another thought on this!! Shoudl I withdraw the cash now for the fees before they stop the card.. probably should really only a week or two before the payment is due I think...

Answered myself really will go get it tonight or tomorrow and hope it still works. then cut the darned thing up !

Thanks, Ive looked on the old style board recently too need to get the groceries down!!!

i can JUSt about keep on top of house now (if you dont look too closely!) but am dreading what will be like with 3 EEK!

Right well tomorrow is the day!! NOT BR day but the day I make things official. Like contact the court to book my BR... try and get myself taken off the joint account

My God I am scared it seems more real now.

I havent logged into the site to do the forms yet, how long do they take?? I should be pretty easy as my SOA is basically child benefit in - Mobile out LOL!! all other expenses DH pays for.

Tomorrow is also the day DH and I start living on cash!!! EEEK I think thats scary to, must remember to tkae his card off him tonight as otherwise I know he will be out withdrawing money tomorrow and "forget"

I wonder how long court will take? Id rather get it out the way quickly so I hope its not too long for an appointment.

I guess compared to some I have had an easy time of all this really, tough the decision to go BR is never easy, I have never missed a payment so havent had anyone chasing me.... Tho I did receive a text from Egg today which I deleted asking me to look at a message probably about no DD being set up !

Well I rang the court this morning and have my appointment for 10am next Tuesday OMG thats soo soon, I guess I had better get my !!!! in gear filling in those forms online.. will need to go find the link too LOL.. Dh is trying to get the day off now.

Hubby is taking tomorrow off work to go to bank and get myself taken off bank account so at least taht will be out of the way too.

I might be asking a lot of questions now for form filling hope you all ready for me!!

I am involved in the step-parent adoption of my son.. does that count? I am not adopting him but Hubby is and obviously I am involved as he is my son...
