  • Mrs Mc, please put me down for £180 in November. Thanks again to all who run this board and to Mrs Mc - your signature has inspired me to work on my weight loss the OS way:A .

Going to pop over to the OS weight loss thread and see if they have any challenges going on.

  • Yes, me too for the weight loss thread :( Just been to WW and put on 2lb :(

On a good note, I have made Mrs Mc's stuffing and it was delish :D so I am going to make a christmassy one, I will try out a few things like dried cranberries etc ...any other ideas? (I make my own Cranberry sauce tho so don't want it too strong ;) )

My Mr T delivery will be here soon as I ran out of marg so, to stop a pop to the shop I moved my date to tonight :D

Will update my sig later, but I am off to trawl the weight loss thread for inspiration!

And I have promised the kids that we will make twinks tomorrow  Ooh the temptation that will be bestowed upon me will be huge :rotfl:

Mrs M, can you put me down for £100 for November please. Won't declare for October yet as my month doesn't finish until Friday. At the moment I'm 46p over. Looked after Dgs2 after school Thursday and Friday last week, did some toast for him one night with hm cake, and then crumpets the next night and then he and DD came round on Saturday so that Dd could put up some blinds for me, so of course I did some lunch for them. Never mind, I only budgeted for a 4 week month so if I only go over by 46p it won't be too bad. I think November will be 4 weeks and a couple of days so £100 should be OK.

Was in Mr A's today and finally found Washing Soda Crystals there - 50p per kg. They were just by their display of eco-friendly cleaning stuff - Ecover etc. I think someone might have mentioned this before but I could never find them. The only place I've found them in town are charging £1.56 and rising!

As usual, thanks for all the tips from everyone - especially the websites this month.

Candygirl - so sorry to hear about your Dad.

Mrs Mc your weight lost has inspired me to get back on track I had lost 1 st before I got pregnant and put on 3st during but thanks to breast feeding I have lost the 3st in 5 weeks but I still have another 5st to lose to get back to the weight I was when I met my DH 6 years ago.

Sorry not posted much this month been finding it hard to keep up with a 5 week old baby. I have been trying hard to stay within budget but I did slip and had a lot of takeaways. I had only spent £50 with 2 weeks to go but then DH came home and have spent £130 in 12 days:eek: but have still come in under budget:T my month doesn't finish till fri but I have a full freezer so I am going to stay out of the shops for as long as poss.
On a up side I have been using MOC for MrT that my mum had sent to her (she is on holiday) spend £30 and save £10 so I have been stocking up on food so hopefully next month I will come in well under bugdet.

candygirl sorry to hear of your loss
