All these different systems
aim, msn, yahoo, icq, google talk, skype
btw the next version of vbulletin has a space for you to fill in your skype id - just incase you can't resist broadcasting your details to the world :rotfl:
But doesnt Trillian do all of it except Skype0 -

It also doesn't do google talk unless your on pro.
I love my Trillian but there's features missing unless you pay.
It also means I can talk to people on different networks but they can't talk to each other.
Even though I'm quite happy with Trillian it would be just nice if we were all on the same network and the various companies competed on software instead of trying to lock us in0 -

It would be nice to have just one universal gizmo that does the lot.0 -
Sra, it won't be happening soon!
Windows Live Messenger 8 is going to be the new Name for MSN Messenger 8.
WLM 8 Pre-Beta has started, the BETA starts within the next few weeks.
Since the protocol was designed before Microsoft and AOL announced their partnership, you can safely assume that there will be no support for AOL in WLM 8!
You'll probably have to wait til last half of 2006 for MSN and AIM integration0 -
Trillian allows you to sign in to all of them in one client. However, you cannot talk to a contact on AIM with your MSN account etc..0
