Could you not bring fruit for a midday snack? You'd get 1 of your 5 a day too :)
I'm always hungry after eating fruit :D
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional

I find real porrige the most filling although I add Bran Flakes and other cereals occasionally.
I prefer Scotts Old Fashioned. It is thick and chunky although not cheap.
Are there any other makes that are thick and chunky or at least taste good.
  • I soak oats in milk in fridge overnight. Next morning add sliced banana and either eat it cold or microwave till hot. You can also soak raisins etc with the oats, they plump up nicely. This keeps me full for hours.
