I usually skin the chicken thighs unless I'm roasting them. Personally I find the skin horribly soggy and rubbery when it's cooked in amongst other things. The good thing about thighs is the skin peels off really easy, unlike drumsticks where it has to be hacked off with a knife.0

Do a google search and scroll through a couple of pages I found one online for only £2.50 plus p&p.My self & hubby; 2 sons (30 & 26). Hubby also a found daughter (37).
Eldest son has his own house with partner & her 2 children (11 & 10)
Youngest son & fiancé now have own house.
So we’re empty nesters.
Daughter married with 3 boys (12, 9 & 5).

Seen this in Sussex Stationers Bookshop in Canterbury but there are other branches for under a tenner. Picked it up but wasn't impressed.0

Ah thats why there are so many requests for copies of the book on freecycle this evening.:rotfl: I am sure that an awful lot of OS'ers are on one of our local freecycles Loads of requests for Remoskas(and accessories) food dehydrators and the usual BM's etc.Blind as you run...aware you were staring at the sun.

Can't imagine anyone wanting it - it's been very well used and the pages are very discoloured.....no didn't think anyone would pay for that!Resolution:
