Most of the complains about this company were about the dodgy £5 coin thats legal tender on a small island somewhere and not actually legal tender , they agreed to get other coins sent to them and lots of them paid them more money , lots sent coins back and paid the postage , i have not agreed to recieve any coins , i've only been told on a leaflet i've been selected to be sent coins on approval if they send unsolicited goods to me good thats up to them if they send threats of debt collectors good thats up to them , it won't be a case they'll win in court as they will be contacted by email and the freepost envelope to come and collect them but only after i've recieved a few of the coins , i got a coin 24 carrot gold 1967 penny and paid £2.50 for the postage , they are not going to con me , in fact i think they will be losing out . in fact i'm sure

    Well, I admire your optimism................good luck !

ok i was suckered into this too thinking it was a good deal and actually London Mint.

If i send the coin back with 'not known at this address' do you think that may do the trick?

No don't spend any money on postage or phone calls send them the freepost envelope back asking for money for postage or ask them to come and collect them . This company are sending unsolicited goods and threatening demands for money they soon shut up if you put them in there place , This company must incur a lot of costs and charges initially , they make a fortune out of all the mugs who are fooled by the propaganda and think they are dealing with the official royal mint and think they are buying valuable coins as an investment , if you keep buying them you will spend thousands and thousands , but there must be lots of astute moneysavingexperts who have got a nice coin and freebie coins too with nothing to worry about , CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT COINS THEY ARE GOING TO BE SENDING ME NEXT ?

"this genuine penny is layered with pure gold"

The penny is only a gold plated penny, which I doubt is even worth the £2.50 postage.

I reckon if you really wanted a gold plated penny, you could probably get it done at a local jewellers or there are plenty of gold plating business on the internet.

A quick search for old coin valuations shows the actual 1967 penny is worth £0.30, the cost of plating would not be very expensive either.

I would stay well clear of this company!!

So am I right in thinking you actually WANT them to send you more coins, just so you can prove a point, in your belief that they will have to send you postage costs for you to return them. They wont.........they will just charge you.........and your going to get loads of hassle from them.

If not, why are you not ringing them up to cancel NOW, like the others posts have mentioned.

I think you should read the topics on the net on how to deal with them , Its illegal for them to demand money for unsolicited goods they have sent . I would like to know what my next coins are going to be ? , and how many

If you don't know then don't reply !

Your advice is not needed here

They are not going to be happy with the response they get from me , they can threaten all they want it wont work with me i know my rights and the law on this subject unfortunatly not everyone does .
