Lose Weight 23

I havent been on this thread for about 4 weeks now sorry.
My IBS has been playing up so my weights not been too good but hopefully now it has calmed down i can get back on track.
I weigh in tomorrow so it will be interesting
I know i have lost some weight but how much im not sure as i am now into size 20 or size 18 trousers, not bad from a 24 eh

Great news about the drop of 2 or 3 dress sizes:T :T Sorry you've not been on top form, but good to have you back.

Thank you BB!! I opened the oven tray grabber and i thought it was some pooper scooper but matthew said its for grabbig the tray!! honestly, such a good idea. (heres where you tell me it is a pooper scooper!) And the love heart egg mould thing is well cute! it all came nicely packaged too!!

It was me gert!! hope you liked it and im glad it got there in time. Thank god you were behind sending yours too, but i thought that little purse suits anyone and is good for going out or wherever and the low fat dishes is what were here for anyway! You gotta keep that penny forever.

Its been well fun doing the swapbox thing, thanks KPC for the organisation, its been fab! cant wait for the next one

morning all!

i started using my new food diary today - go me! Unfortunately i have promised oh a steak and mushroom pudding on sunday so it will not look too good for that day. IF i was really strong willed I could just have the filling, but i can't see that happening!

Serendisglair - I consider myself to be a hard person to buy for but I have to say your swap box was fab.

A fun drinks coaster with a joke about chocolate and girls (very true!!!). A very thoughtful photo of my before and after photos for motivation - it'sa real reminder! A fitness magazine which looks great and some fluffy woolly socks too (2 pairs!). Really great and well worth the wait. Thank you so much.

Hi - sorry I've been awol for the past few days!

A big thank you to Jane (AKA Gertrudeanna) - Tod has enjoyed his treats - he is the exterminator of toys in the dog world so we will see how long it lasts! It was lovely opening them with a hopeful little face looking up at me and then it was for him!! So thoughtful!

Glad you liked the book Jules - I just thought that with this awful weather being able to look at nice places to stay would make the sun shine a bit in your house!

Too many posts to reply to individually but welcome to all our newbies - you have made a good decision to join this chat - and sometimes we even talk about weight loss lol!

Victory - good luck with the job search - sounds like they could do with you at the job centre to sort out their attitude!

Must dash - have done the dog walk in the rain (!) and am now off to Costco to spend to save ( that's what I tell OH - the more I spend there the more I save....), then meeting a friend for lunch, then off to the gym.

OH is working from home today so Tod has company all day!
