There are a few ways, I use tinypic: http://tinypic.com/
Click on 'browse' to select the image from your PC, then 'upload now', then click the 'IMG code for messageboards' bit, then paste the code into your message on here. Hope that helps.Anytime;)0 -
wooo raph!!
well back from first day and everyone seems really nice. Way too many faces to remember, and I don't really stand achance since we move offices in 3 weeks - to somewhere even nearer! IT seems really nice, jsut little things like there's loads of products in the canteen for everyone to help themselves to; a really posh bean to cup coffee machine thats free to all - nice things. Although i probably had a bad syn lunch - i plumped for an asda instant pasta snack which was probably bad. I may send some pms with a naughty request to help me sort out some syn values! I have a pc now, not a laptop so i'm not taking work home, and so farm, no company mobile either. Some would call that a blow, I think it's a plus. Also got a doorstep deli party on friday so busy week all in all!
pcl. babies scare me period. I just don't get them. I think i lack something or other. Show me a puppy and i'll squeal and want to play, babies, i'm just like 'whatever'. I must be emotionally crippled! Still friends who have babies quite like me because no matter how much they love their babies and want to talk about them, I'm always welcome because I'm only interested in them, and not the spawn!0 -

I was like that until I had my own, so I would say you're pretty normal.

Good for you Victory for treating your self with the dentist:T . Its not like it's a spur of the moment thing - you've proved this has been an on going desire for some time now. As for the job, wish I could point you in the right direction becasue someone somewhere does need a conscientious (sp)hard worker.
Glad you had a good first day kpc.
Missy - you've going to have to throw flowers on the stage now - I've only gone and listed another 3:rotfl: .And someone has already bid £9.99 on my first one:j .I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Hey FFM glad you hadn't forgotten me
I reckon you must be more active than you give yourself credit for to only have such small gains
Good luck with this week!
I don't do any 'formal exercise' now that I don't cycle to work. My job can be quite stressful so that probably burns some energy. I try to go and see people in the building rather than phone or send an email, by using the stairs at work rather than the lift probably helps too.
Can't wait for the lighter mornings and evenings to arrive so that I can start cycling again. Your run sounded good fun today.
I'm pleased your maintaining is going so well, you definitely deserve it after all the hard work you have put in this year.

although chocolate is a total downfall for me, ive tried buying small bars (i just eat more), trying to avoid it doesn't seem to work either at work as its everywhere.. i have more success at home as i just don't keep it in the cupboards! has anyone got any tips or should i try cold turkey in the hope i learn to dislike the taste?!
Chocolate is my downfall too, if it is in the house I have to eat it. DD has to hide hers else I'd eat it.
I don't think there is a real cure, I can only manage avoidance.

Spending £182 on a new false front tooth:eek: can pay in 4 instalments so happy xmas to me:rotfl: it is not so much vanity as self conscious, so have decided to take the plunge and get it done...
"All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth, my two front teeth, my two front teeth"... made me think of Saturday mornings and Uncle Mac .... does anyone else remember?
Seems like a really good idea to me, Vic.0 -
Yes I do - my Dad used to sing that to us when we lost our teeth lol!
Jay - thanks for that info here it is...
Lets hope this one works!
