    bb thats ok, my automatic reaction is to withdraw from everyone and everything when i feel like this, but i know thats not good for me so people nudging me is a good thing and means i cant justify thinking no one cares and it doesnt matter what i do.

    victory re volunteering, is there a central volunteers bureau near you? they are great for putting you in touch with places to volunteer, no selling yourself required.

    there was other stuf fi wanted to comment on, but i cant remember what now.

    Thanks for that permission pcl. I know it is hard staying afloat sometimes with what you are battling.
    Victory - yes, I know you're prepared to do anything (well nearly anything:D ) to keep your kids fed:T . If it's any encouragement, my OH has this interview as a result of volunteering.
    Dragon -everything crossed for Dr Dragon - the parir of you deserve a break here. Whats DWP? You are doing really well to maintain at the mo. Good luck with Dr's this week.

    No, still haven't heard about the bookcase... nor the job:D . Actually I may be being a bit optimistic in hoping for a decision this afternoon. Admin hasn't proved to be this companies stongest point. Nor am I convinced my OH would actually ring if he knew! He's stayed on there to work his usual voluntary day and is due home at 5.30 ish and doesn't have a mobile.
