anyway........sigh........enough of that rubbish.......

Managed to do the course outline and notes for one of my one off sessions for handling the media so that's a big step forward. Need a couple of activities now.

The sausages I had for lunch were very garlicky and are now repeating on me.

Bum. Just realised I'm doing 2 one off sessions in the same week on different subjects as well as the Tuesday night. Eek!
