    Sounds nice Bunny.

Lou, poundland usually sell stuff for a pound (strangely enough) that you could use, sometimes including the lynx stuff!

Oh, then that will be plenty! If you're doing things like toiletries, use a piece of cardboard and cover it in pretty paper, then use sticky tape on the bottoms of the items to stick them to the board, it helps to keep it looking more upright and neat and tidy-once again, if I am preaching to the converted, sorry!

No, honestly Bun I need all the help I can get........you havent seen my present wrapping technique:rotfl: I am not very artistic to put it mildly:o

I can see me putting these things together and then taking them apart about 100 times:rolleyes:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

:rotfl: that poundland comment made me giggle, I used to be a book keeper for a chain of pound shops and our office was above one of the stores, the amount of time the staff in the shop were asked how much things were was unbelievable:rolleyes:

My kitchen was cleaned overnight. I think the cleaning elves did it ;)

Cellophane is dead hand to have around though Lou, I make wee mugs up full of sweeties and stuff or hot chocs when we need an emergency pressie and you can usually get all the stuff for a few pounds wrap in cello and tie with a ribbon and it looks fab (but lets me still be a cheapo).

  • Well Lou,
I have made hundreds of the blasted things! When I worked for Clarins, we used to have a competition every Christmas to see who could make up the BIGGEST and most expensive hampers of Clairin products and then see who could flog it to the most desperate last-minute MAN shopper on Christmas Eve! They were mahoosive! (and usually filled with at least £300 worth of beauty products!)
