Afternoon All...........
Hugs for every one who needs them....
DD it seems everyone here is in the same boat I can go for ages without seeing anyone/talking... Once I leave work and pick up my boys I don't see or speak to another adult it's just me and my boys... I would love a close group of friends so I could go out at weekends at perhaps meet the man of my dreams!!
On a plus side am going skiing with my dad and sister with all our kids over the new year so at least I won't be at home feeling fed up and unloved when I don't get asked out for it!! And it will be very cheap as we stay at my aunt apartment so it's just flights!! whooooo I am so looking forward to it I can't wait to get some sexy new ski gear. perhaps I will met a nice french man......well here's hoping

DD = big big hug, you are not the only one, all of us feel quite isolated and lonely sometimes. I often feel for Mr Flowers as prior to me his mates were into loads of things, and because of me he walded away thank god but his life is better for it but I do understand it must be so hard for him not to have anyone.

Been really naughty and had a sleep for a few hours!! woken up by the boiler man knocking on the door!!

Just out of interest DD which Signing class are you doing with Elliott? I did sing and sign and have a book here which you are more than welcome to if you would like it?

We are going to Megeve which is about a hour's drive from Geneva I am really really looking forward to it......

I know! Big G is cool with it all, and almost every sentence i say at home begins with, "well we were talking about this in the forum" or "i asked the others what they thought about xyz" he laughs and says my life revolves around the opinions of this place....... but he's tongue in cheek, cause i know if he really minded he wouldn't joke about it.....

he sometimes reads over my shoulder and laughs at the notion that we are huggy's!

really he just doesn't get it at all.......

but him and his mates compare tractor parts, and personally i don't get that!!!

I agree Jinky - it's no different to when people talk about 'school friends' but then say they haven't seen or spoken to them for 5 years!! - we talk each day and meet up and probably know a lot more about each other than close family and OH's.

Martin seems to be under the impression that i cant do anything without you guys....like when i told him i had joined the running thread all he could do was scoff and say "could you not decide that for yourself?"
