What a bl00dy wuss am i?
By the time I've walked down the four floors to fetal medicine, I'm utterly convinced it'll be dire news. My bottom lip's is all wobbling (of course, being British, I have a stiff upper lip). Wayne got time off so he held my hand and we heard the heart beat - first tear rolls down my right cheek. We saw the right leg and foot, first tear rolls down my left cheek.
We saw the nose - second tears roll down my cheeks. She showed us the head and it's nice and round with skull bones and you could even see the brain and it looked 'prefectly normal' by now I'm full-on crying:o. But even through the tears I still managed to see it move and wave it's arms and legs!
We've revised dates again, I'm 10 weeks and 2 days and my due date has been revised back to 21st April, it's 35.9mm long now and I can't stop smiling.
I have a baby inside me:eek:
