Hello all, thought I'd share my menu plan as well.
I enjoy doing my week menu plan, one less thing to worry about.
Monday: Curry chicken, rice and coleslaw
Tuesday: Chicken soup with potatoes and dumpling
Wednesday: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches
Thursday: Rice and Peas with stew chicken and vegetable salad
Friday: Take away - Pizza
Saturday: Mash potato, sweet corn and fried chicken with gravy
Sunday: Macaroni pie, bake chicken and potato salad. :j

Hi all, just a quick post to let you know our plans for the week - somehow the week just disappears and I'm never ready to post on Thursdays! I always intend to do a month in advance but never quite get there!!
Friday - sandwiches for the kids - choir and kid's club from 5pm so have to be quick - I had hm chicken and sweetcorn soup (yesterdays chicken stew leftovers!!) and hm roll
Sat - Chicken nuggets and chips for DD, breaded fish for me - woopsied today in Mr T! DS is at a party
Sun -church lunch so have to take and share - pavlova made with frozen egg whites -and frozen fruit (thawed first honest!!)
Sandwich tea
Monday - mince dish - from freezer - might be bolognese
Tuesday -pork slices and jacket potatoes
Wednesday - HM Pizza
Thursday - Sausages and mash
Friday - more sandwiches or beans on toast depends on the weather!

thurs Asda Curry meal to celebrate us finding out we are having a baby girl(cant be bothered cooking after sitting in hospital all day!)

Saturday Chicken Fajhitas and wedges with sour cream mmmmmmm
Sunday Roast chicken dinner, roast pots, veg yorkshire puds
Monday Chicken curry with leftover chicken and rice
Tuesday Trout, veg and new pots (trout caught by friend and in freezer)
Wednesday Baked pots with cheese and beans
Thursday Pasta n sauce and sausages (have loads of sausages in freezer and trying to use them up!)
Friday Egg chips and beans (unless we get rich and make money lol)

Cannot believe i have stuck to my meal plans for 2 weeks, here goes week 3
Mon - Shepherds Pie (cooked at 6am this morning plus 1 extra for the freezer)
Tues - [strike]Sausage & Mash[/strike] - Roast Chicken (RTC Mr T)
Weds - Lasagne (leftover frozen bolognese)
Thu - [strike]Chicken/mushrooms in white wine sauce, mash[/strike] MIL treated us to takeaway! yum!
Fri - [STRIKE]Omelette or fish and chips [/STRIKE](Ill: OH/DD beans on toast)
Sat - Chicken Subs
Sun - Pizza (OH/DD would kill me if I removed this from menu - i'd love a sunday roast lol!)
thanks for the haddock mornay - cant remember who posted but will def try that as i really want to start eating more fish

Sat: BBQ Chicken drumsticks and wedges.
Sunday: Sausage casserole in yorkshire puddings.
Monday: Pizza and garlic bread.
Tuesday: Turkey curry, rice and naan.
Wednesday: Spaghetti bolognese
Thursday: Beef casserole, dumplings and mash.

ive been very organised today and written a food inventory for cupboards and freezers as ive managed to get some really good whoopsies this week, so ive also done a meal planner for the next 4 wks, i will only do this week now though.
sunday= roast lamb and all the trimmings
monday= hm potato and onion soup and rolls
tuesday= fish, chips and pea`s
wednesday=lemon and cantonese chicken, rice, veg and pompadoms
thursday= hm chicken and veg pie, mash, veg and gravy
friday= lamb stew and bread
saturday= pizza and hm potato wedges
lunches will be sarnies, toasties and beans on toast
breakfast for kids is cereal, toast and pancakes
snacks, hm cakes/biscuits, fruit, crispsOne day I will live in a cabin in the woods0
