I don't know about anyone else - but when I do the meal plan for the week, I write it out on paper, with 2 sections - meal schedule on top, and defrost schedule on bottom. My biggest hurdle with mealplanning is forgetting to take the meat out the night before and put it in the fridge to thaw. So I make a little schedule for the week of what to take out each night, and I check it when cleaning the kitchen after tea and it helps me immensely!MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0

Well I think it can be made differently depending on who does it but its basically haddock baked in a nice cheese sauce (lots of it). I tend to sprinkle more grated cheese on top just before serving too. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
You can put other things in too, like this recipe using spinach.

 What is Shepherdess pie ?
