Hmmm, Shelfstacker I cannot seem to find it

After logging in, going to my current account, and "previous statements" all I see is statement dates and sets. Only other option that I have is setting statement delivery option. I do have an overdraft, as clear seen when I click show account information.

Thanks in advance for you help

It is hard to miss stuff because the site is cluttered.

I got a letter saying from my new ISA provider that they are going to need more information from me. I have checked online banking and it says that the neccessary amount has been transfered to the new provider. What happens if the new provider rejects my applicaiton after all?

Who knows! who knows... try asking on Savings and Investments. I imagine it just stays stuck in transit or goes back to HSBC (to which you then get a mean letter from HSBC saying rar rar rar)

Thanks but I still don't understand why the banks take stuff when they have not formerly accepted me?

Then the amount will probably get winged back to you in some form by the new bank. If they've accepted the funds, HSBC have nowt to do with it any more.

    Moving still sound good? ;)

Opening an account with the credit union was simple. The hard part of opening accounts with anyone is that the stuff needed. Call me old fashioned but all that stuff could easily be forged I could go and get any unrespectable lawyer to sign my papers not that I would.

I agree on that part. This is one of the things that makes anything from getting a new bank account to a mobile contract hard.
