After numerous phone calls to see who the cruise was with and asking why we have to pay a £600 deposit each - i never got thro!! so emailed them back and finally gor a response - they said Louis cruise group - read a story that one of their new ships sank of santorini (so no i don't wanna go!!) Anyone been with before and r they like royal carribean - as we went on Liberty of seas around carribbean islands and loved every minute of it - if it's like this i would go?? Why when i was promised Royal carribean - the reason why i went for it!!
has anyone else had this happen to them - i don't want to go now as i have read so many bad reports saying people have gone on their holiday and then find out when at their destination - there name is not on the list! I just want to put an end to this and get my money back £400 intital cost! - Please anyone thinking about this- don't do it as it's not worth it - just book a proper holiday with a big travel agent - may cost more but least you know what u r getting and how much it will cost!!
If anyone has experienced this - would love to hear from you as bit stressed and don't know what to do next!!
