Same here..tried booking and it came up £30 for 2 adults to Alghero and £54 return...I thought it was free?0 -
For the people moaning about the 1p charge, two things, one, get a life.
Secondly, companies cannot issue an invoice for nothing, I know you don't see an invoice but their accounting/sales ledger system will internally generate/issue one. So it is issued for the lowest value possible, which is a penny.0 -

Agree with the sentiment - but as an aside I do think things advertised as free should be just that - not worried about a 1p charge (I've not even booked or tried to book) but think advertising should be correct. Otherwise at what point has the "misleading" mark been overstepped - when it becomes £1? £5?
Anyway, I think legally you cannot have a contract wihtout "consideration" - payment of money. This is why loss-making firms like Rover were sold for a token £1, because money need to change hands so that both parties to a contract are getting something out of it.
But this doesn't excuse the principle of false advertising!!0 -

i tried to make a booking earlier but when it tried to take my payment it came up with "your session has been locked" so i tried to book a different date - again at the moment of paying it said session locked. I have just checked my emails and i now have 2 bookings yet it never said booking confirmed or anything when i waited for payment to go through - just session locked - does anyone rate my chances of a refund on one of the flights as i dont need 2
I just got this message, but NO confirmation email.... what to do now? book again.... or wait?0 -

Hi, if you go to last minute.com or Ryanair.com hotels there are some cheapish deals. The hotel at 270 was Hotel Donizetti;)0 -

You need to find the ones that are 1p as they won't have taxes added. Do check the restrictions for days and dates.0 -
Help please. I have been looking at the Ryanair website and when I put details in for flights they all come up with £60 taxes etc and the return flight is at the regular price. I am trying to go to Dublin from Stansed on 1st Nov and return the same day. Can anyone give me some guidance as I have never booked a flight on line before.
