I cut off in the middle of yesterdays post as DS needed feeding!

Today can go down as a NSD, i wont be going any where and wont be spending online. Thats 2/10. I have also got a few things listed on ebay today, i want to keep on top of it sinci i got the house sorted out.

Does anyone know how long the moses basket will last and when i need to move DS out of it into his cot bed? it will have to go on ebay i think as i am so short on space.

After loging into my internet banking ive paid off £100 extra to the egg loan. my payments are £251 a month and the last interest was £57. so every time i over pay £251 i am effectivly saving £57.00, i hadnt realised how much i was paying out in interest and it isnt even on a bad rate, 14.01%

off to update my sig now

  • I think moses baskets last babies on average six months??
im watching him all the time. when he falls asleep you can see he is dreaming, he goes between frouning and smiling which is just so cute

I love watching my daughter sleeping for the same reason. It makes you wonder what they are thinking.

You are doing fab with that egg loan! We haven't made any real progress at all with being down money due to paternity leave etc. By the looks of it I think progress will only take off in January because we haven't yet bought christmas presents for anybody.

Your DS sounds sooo cute Lunar. I still watch mine sleep now - My 5 year old looks like butter wouldnt melt bless her.

The moses basket will be ok until he can start to sit up or become more mobile in it - I kept hold of mine for a bit though and put it downstairs without its stand for them to sleep in when they got bigger during the day.

Hope you are getting your sleep too! x

thats a good idea to get more use out of the moses basket penguin, they cost a fortune for how long they last. i seem to be doing ok on the sleep front. he normally just wakes a couple of times for feeding through the night.

The pics you sent are georgeous hayley, your daughter is so cute. i need to get on the scales soon. need to start shifting some weight. have you got any of the baby einstein cds? DS seems to love listening to them, he seems to really concentrate on thm. What will you get DD for christmas this year?

i had another NSD yesterday so thats 3/10 done. hopefuly today will be a NSD too. I really need to go get some washing on now...

  • LOL Lunar, I never seem to stop washing now!!!

I was looking at the Baby Einstein stuff. Is it really good? I think we are going to get them for her for christmas. I have just ordered the Sophie Barker Lullaby CD (to play her when she goes to bed) and a black and white faces book (I got told they find it easiest to focus on black and white objects) for her to have now. I'm not sure what else we will get her for christmas as it looks like her grandparents on both sides are getting a bit carried away!

I have a few baby einstein things, they are really nice and he seens to love the cds. they wont drive me mad either if we end up having them on over and over again. for christmas i was thinging of getting something like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fisher-Price-K7198-Rainforest-Jumperoo/dp/B000LXQVA4/ref=wl_it_dp?ie=UTF8&coliid=I36HLEL7KE9V8Q&colid=2NIEVXPAEHBD7 but want to look around at different ones first. most seem to be from 3 months so it will be good timing at christmas. we have carried away grandparents too, im trying to direct them to useful items. my mum is buying him a high chair and some bits for weaning, i know its early but it will save me money next year. i know he will get loads of clothes. people really go mad when you have a new baby!

I have got some money through from pay pal today so have made some over payments. £100 to egg loan and £40 to BC, i wanted to make that one a round number as the payments are now set at £100 per month.

I think today is going to be a NSD, it will be the last of the week though, i am going out tomorrow, saturday and sunday for different things. I need to get some shoe boxes as i am making my friends children tombola style pressies this year, they love unwrapping all the small pressies.

i went out today to a mill shop and spent a small fortune on bits for christmas, lucky i was mostly helping my mum buy her pressies so i didnt spend too much of my own money. DS was really well behaved, he just sleeps while we are out, he loves the car seat. I really need to get into town this weekend, i need to get a load of things from woolworths for friends children just to finish off their perssies. i also want to get a christmas outfit for DS.

i finally got around to doing some batch cooking today as well, ive now got a load of chilli, chicken curry, and spag bol in the freezer so im very proud of myself!

i need to get back onto bingoport as i could do with another amazon voucher this week, i love shopping for free!
