Thank you everyone for your messages. im loving being a mum and keep thinking ill wake up and it wont be real. He is absolutly georgeous and you can really see us both in him. I was so lucky with my labour, id been having mild cramps for 2 days then my water broke. I was waiting for something to happen but the contractions completly stopped. 48 hours later they induced me, from the time the iv was started my little man was born within 4 hours. I was convinced i needed the loo but the midwife wanted to check me before i went, she told me to start pushing from the next contraction. She had only just started the shift and got a bit of a suprise as my previous midwife had told her it would take at least another 6 hours. I cant believe i managed with only the gas and air, its what i wanted but i honestly never thought i would manage it.

Im a bit paranoid about posting name and pics as i dont want people i know discovering my debts. if anyone wants me to send them just pm me your email address and ill send them on. Thank you to everyone here for your support since i joined this site, i cant believe the place i am in now after looking at my old diary. I really dont think i would be in this position without this site.

    Hi everyone

Im loving being a mum, so far my DS is such a little angel to be honest. he will cry to be changed or fed and apart from that he has only been cranky twice when he has had colic. I still cant stop looking at him, its amazing how you can see so much personality at this early age. He loves his dad to sing to him. we are ot doing too bad for sleep, he wakes 3-4 hrly at night for feeds then goes back to sleep.

ive had loads of NSD's as we have only been out once. have had to get him some more clothes though, everyone said dont get much newborn size so i hardly got any and almost everything is too big for him. im going to try doing his hand and foot print with the kit i was given tomorrow, hopefuly it wont be too messy!

need to go check in on haley now!
