If you need to buy large amounts of sweets (eg parties, gifts for class) then they have 12 mini packets of jelly teddies for 49p and 24 twister/flumps for 99p. Also they now have hot water bottles for 99p.
i bought the teddies and flumps for kids to sell at school for children in need fundraiser. Went back and bought bags of lollies and haribo sweets for 99p each. (haribo had 15 mini packs in it) should hopefully raise a bit of dosh..
I have just finished icing the fairy cakes for them to sell as well, decorated with jelly teddies and choc teddies (59p box). Oh the subject of baking, the have also got Betty Crocker cookie mix for 39p, the same one is 99p in Somerfield. BC chocolate fudge cake mix was only 49p.

Got a nice pendulum wall clock yesterday for £8.99
available in pine or dark wood, quite a nice size for the money :j
Nothing else caught my eye, can't wait for them to get some new stock in.0 -
Home Bargains have a 3 video set of Dilbert for 99p consisting of Series 1 volumes 1 - 3 or episodes 1 -7
They also have the same set of videos available with a Dilbert book or a mug for about £1 more
Always worth checking the Videos / DVD in Home Bargains and in Poundland since sometimes they have decent films cheap
Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.0 -
