I bought the Da Vinci code hardback today for 2.99 ,not an atlas ,top bargain for Xmas!
Also ,the best bargain I have seen in HB for a while -Allsop Gel mousepad in raindrop effect ,with wrist rest (in PC world £14.99) -99p!!!
This was in Wavertree road Liverpol but sure most HBs must have them.

HB Penny lane had loads of expensive mousemats left today ( in the stationary aisle )also Da Vinci code hardbacks.
Also Wavertree had Sanatogen jelly vits for kids 30s (29p) but think this might have just been an end of range clearance as had 10 Nov sell by

i agree, can't belive i spent yrs walking past it to go into wilkos, not realising what HB was about, one day something in the window display made me go in and i was hooked !!! :j
