I've been trying to bring up the regular full fare since this morning, just to familiarise myself with the process. I wasn't even able to get full fares up at 9.30am, before America even woke up.

I just spoke to one of the Regional managers at LHW and she confirmed that the problem is due to a queuing system in place.

One person out and then one person in.

With about 250,000 people trying to get in, this means it will be almost impossible.

The UK number is 00800 1010 1111 (toll free). I just gave them a ring and you cannot book over the phone for this offer. Apparently the website is struggling but still accepting people.
