got a pair of girls black shoes- perfect for school
reduced from 26 to 120 -
I got my son some school shoes for £10 (from £36), but there was nothing much to choose from in the childrens section.0

I looked round the Mens section of the Clarks near Victoria. A reasonable range, some reduced by up to half price, but some with only a fiver knocked off.
Having looked through the entire range on offer there was nothing that inspired me to part with any cash, even though my current nearly worn out shoes were from Clarks. I don't know if it's just me, but for the mens range their are either shoes identical to the ones I wore to school 20+ years ago, or ludicrous "fashion" shoes that either are 9 inches longer than where the toes stop (and flap like clowns shoes when you walk), or normal dimensioned ones styled to look like 1940's football boots!
Unfortunately being a "London" shop they don't stock any children's shoes, as obviously no-one in London has children. I'm planning to visit the Clarks concession in Mothercare to find something for my daughters.
Thanks to the OP for spotting the impending sale.

why is there 4 times more girls shoes than boys shoes?
and why do women take so bloody long to buy their kids shoes. i took a ticket looked at the shoes and once his size was measured i picked the shoes. no dramas no 15 minutes of keeping anyone else waiting.

Not a great selection at my store but they had the ones my son had had his eye on for £10, defo worth the trip. I've got pretty good at speed buying now; I nip in before I take the kids with me to browse at what they have on offer. Was a bit miffed they had the shoes I bought my eldest a couple of weeks ago in the sale but I couldn't wait so never mind.0
