Clarks shoe sale (merged)

Just spoke to another local branch and they don't think there sale starts for a few weeks..... I will got the branch where I def initely know it is on.

Thanks guys you have just saved me money, I was going to buy my daughter some shoes today as she is wearing 5F at the moment and has gone up tp 5 1/2 F! I was fuming that I had to pay an extra £20 for half a size!
Didnt realise Clarks started their sale before xmas, so will hold out for a week!

Just rang my mothercare store in the retail park who stock Clarks and they said Sunday is the provisional date but could change, so better to ring on Saturday to confirm before trekking down! HTH

I think I might be going a bit mad as I popped upto Clarks today thinking the sale would be on, but of course I forgot it is not yet December although it sure feels like it. Anyway of course it wasn't on but there were a few good discounts on children's wellies and slippers. Of course now I will have to go back next week -when the real thing starts, but of course the lady would not confirm that to me.

clarks shoes have an extra 1/2 size growth in them, so the 5F's would have been fine for a few more weeks

clarks always have a sale in june as well as december..

i always buy the 1/2 size up in my son's shoes (he is now a size 7 1/2, i will buy him an 8)

If stores are quiet they may start putting it out late sunday afternoon but you will not get sale shoes on Sunday morning unless your local store is VERY naughty

It's worth keeping your eye on the individual Clarks shops as a couple of weeks ago I was in a shopping mall in Kent & noticed quite a crowd of people inside Clarks shoe shop. I went in to find they had racks of women's boots & shoes all reduced to £9.99. I got a fab pair of black leather boots with a ticket price of £89.99 for under £10. The shop was doing a roaring trade & people were phoning friends & family to tell them to get there quick. I've never heard of another store doing this & they have never had such a clearance in my local branch, so don't know if this was a one-off.

Passed Clarkes today saw they have a sale on. Includes some boots.
