    Hi SavingWannabe,

A PAD is a Payment A Day. There is a PAD thread every month to try and make a payment a day, no matter how small, off your debts.

Well I managed a NSD today, so thats my first of the month.

I had a good badminton training session tonight, even though I feel a slight cold coming on.

I also managed 2x10p on the scratchcards.

I went food shopping for the week yesterday and managed £21.53. So my total for the month is £53.71, which is not bad. I still have £46.29 for the rest of the month.

Hi Money Fritter, just thought i'd pop in and say hi xx

It gives me some comfort, though i should'nt say it, to see someone else has a very small amount of money to survive on, ( beacause it is survival ). I reckon, if i'm lucky, i've got possibly £20 to live on ad infinitum, because i'm not exactly sure when my next payday will be, or how much it will be. It becomes a really tough decision whether to buy petrol, ( which i'm running out of ), or food, which i'm ok for the minute. I guess its whichever i run out of first. But chin up, we'll get there. xx

I used to play badminton too, at league level, although i've stopped everything now,for one reason or another. Plus too many sports injuries to my right knee, have taken their toll. Its never really recovered after, tearing my cruciate ligament, and i have to ski with a knee brace now, except, of course, i don't go skiing anymore, either.

I like your poetry Nohope xx

    Hi folks,

Well another NSD today, which was good.

Also managed to make a batch of spicy carrot and red lentil soup tonight. Not made any for ages, need to get back into the swing of things. Also manged to do some much needed shredding today and got my Egg card sorted, so once that has been activated, I can do a balance transfer and get another year 0% interest. Then hopefully next month I can start with the PAD'S in earnest.

    Hi folks,

Well managed another NSD today, flying, which is good.

Just waiting for my egg card to come though so I can do a balance transfer and then start getting the PAD'S going.

Went to badminton tonight, and had a few good games. It is the first league match next thursday, so hopefully we can get off to a good start.

Hoping to maybe do a bit of matched betting tomorrow night, have to wait and see. Defo do some over the weekend and some decorating. I seem to have been doing it for ages.
