  • I cant believe chirstmas is just around the corner, I have bought a few presents so far. I dont want to leave things until last minute, because....
    CHRISTMAS MAYHEM
That time of year is here, A time were bedlam ensues.
Folk running around like headless chickens, buying presents, decorations and food.
That combination can only mean one thing, It’s Christmas time once again.
The battle lines are drawn in every store, it feels just like a war.
The fighting along the aisles, the pushing and bumping in the streets.
Everyone looking for presents, hoping to find a few nice treats.
A plethora of expressions upon the faces, of people as they move to different places.
There are people, who are smiling and strolling,
as they amble through the crowds as if rolling,
These are the veterans of shopping. The experienced Christmas campaigners.
But then we have the novices, which stick out like fresh faces in offices.
They move just like a ball, bouncing off every single wall.
Their direction and pathway uncertain, their arrival makes people run for survival.
Then we have idiots with push chairs, trying to squeeze through the smallest of gaps.
Mayhem and madness ensues as shelves topple and fall with a crash.
Then there are people who just stand and stare, frozen for all to see.
Confused, dazed and brain dead, their bags and arms emptieee.
They pray that santa is real because they haven’t got a clue,
of what to buy their children, anything will do!
But now this tale must end, as I am going around the bend.
All that remains to be said is happy Christmas with lots of cheer.
But if you don’t, after all that shopping, make sure you have lots of beer!!

  • Morning Everyone,

Well it is children in need once again. I have never ever done any challenges or sponserships for children in need or any charity really, so thought I would give it a go this year. Now I have a tendency to talk and waffle on and on and on. So I thought the most difficult thing for me to do would be to shut up. So I am doing a sponsered silence for 12 hours. Also to make it harder I am in work for them 12 hours, starting from 8am until 8pm. I have managed to get £501 of sponsership so far, so let battle commence. People do not think I can do it, but I am going to prove them wrong. So wish me good luck.

    Lol

  • Hi everyone,

Have not posted for awhile, just wanted to say hello.

Not doing very well at the moment, I need to have a review of my fiances and I have not had any bloody NSD this month. What with buying christmas presents and decorating and working nights and shifts, I always seem to spend a little or a lot each day.

Anyway I will try and update my figures tonight and get back on the band wagon

  • Hi Everyone,

Sorry for not posting much recently. I have been really busy. The decorating in the hall stairs and landing is almost done now, I should have it done by christmas, and then after christmas I can get the carpet. I have been working quiet a few long shifts recently. I have re-worked out my money and accounts, and it does not look too bad, which is a relief, I will try and post an update this weekend, as I am off work for a change.

Then in the new year I need to re-double my efforts and get debt busting.

I had a good time in london last weekend, I treated my girlfriend to dirty dancing the musical and we stayed overnight, it was her birthday present, she loved it. We also went on the london eye which was impressive.

    Anyway better go

    Take care Everyone
