    Hello

This is the first time I have posted my meal plans so here we go:

Sunday: Sausages in onion gravy with turnip and potato mash
    Monday: Cheese burgers and chips
Tuesday: Vegetable pasta (leftovers for work)
Wednesday: Sausage casserole with garden veg
    Thursday: HM spag bol
    Friday: Veggie fried rice

I know it sounds like a lot of red meat but we went to the farmers market and got a bit carried away and the freezer is already full after lots of batch cooking! Pipkin71 I love the sound of Crabbie Patties my DD would love that! When we have leek and potaoe sup we call it shrek soup!
Taking responsibility one penny at a time!

This has come around quick, it seems! The week has truly flown. Here's my week:

Tonight -change of plan as being bought a takeaway by a friend!!!!
Friday - Lasagne from the freezer (originally for tonight) with a small garlic ciabatta RTC
Saturday - Sausage Casserole with mash
Sunday - Chicken Fajitas (originally planned for Friday)
Monday - Spicy Sausage Pasta (using up leftover sausage casserole and a splodge of red pesto)
    Tuesday - Spanish Omelette
    Wednesday - at Mum's, bless 'er :)
Thursday - Pizza with oven chips

Thanks to whoever wrote about the mini quiches - I'm going to incorporate those into my upcoming meal plans and try to freeze them, and there's one or two things I've found that I wanted to try. Thanks, all!

Whoo, had to make a change. I have some misshapen bacon chops that will do with some boiled potatoes and peas instead of omelettes as we've been having them soooo often lately and I am getting fed up of them. :)
Continually trying the Grocery Challenge. Gotta keep trying!

had to make a few changes to last week's plan as things cropped up, this week's meal plan is as follows:-

Mon Chicken Curry (on DD's request)
Tues Beef Stew & Dumplings (oh OH's request)
Weds Fish & Chips (not from Chip shop ~ substituted from last week's plan)
Thu Jambayla (new recipe but most ingredients i have in)
Fri Smoky Chicken Subs (another sub from last week's plan)
Sat OUT for brother's b'day (free dinner at Mum's hooray!)
Sun HM Pizza (also sub'd there will be a riot if I sub these again!)

thankfully have most ingredients so Mr T bill should be "small" this week!
