Thurday Kids homemade soup(just made lentil and bacon and also scotch
broth) me and OH anniversary so going out for dinner:D
Friday HM Spaghetti carbonara (to use up whats in the fridge)
Saturday HM Chicken curry and chips
Sunday Roasted chicken, potatoes, veg and gravy
Monday Bangers and mash or toad in the hole??
Tuesday HM Meatballs in spag sauce and pasta, OH cheesy pasta
Wednesday HM Shephards pie and vegWhat's for you won't go past you0 -
here goes for our week,
Monday - HM Chicken and bacon casserole with HM sun dried tomato bread
Tuesday - HM Spicy sausage pasta
Weds- HM Chicken and sweetcorn quiche and jacket potato
Thurs - HM Veggie cottage pie using mung beans (also frozen some into pie trays for later on)
Fri - HM corned beef stew also using up left over mung beans
Sat - Raid freezer job i.e chips and something kids can choose for once.
Sun - roast with veg and trimmings - will see what meat i have in freezer as hoping not to go shopping for anything other than milk.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Wednesday- HM Minced beef pie, mash potatoes & veg

Friday - maybe quorn curry, maybe Mum & Dads Nope ill, so OH got a takeaway
Saturday - Burritos or something similar TICK Burritos
Sunday - Roast probably though I fancy a changeMum & Dads
Monday - chicken chow mein (will change if I don't fancy buying more shopping!) nope chicken breats with HM egg fried rice!
Tuesday - sausage casserole (don't fancy this either...)
Wednesday - chicken & mushroom pir (ditto)
Thursday - pasta
Friday - spinach canneloni (as per Monday)
All subject to change for various reasons, but I'm trying new things on Slimming World too so who knows0 -

This has come around quick, it seems! The week has truly flown. Here's my week:
Tonight -change of plan as being bought a takeaway by a friend!!!!
Friday - Lasagne from the freezer (originally for tonight) with a small garlic ciabatta RTC
Saturday - Sausage Casserole with mash
Sunday - Chicken Fajitas (originally planned for Friday)
Monday - Spicy Sausage Pasta (using up leftover sausage casserole and a splodge of red pesto)
Tuesday - Spanish Omelette
Wednesday - at Mum's, bless 'er
Thursday - Pizza with oven chips
Thanks to whoever wrote about the mini quiches - I'm going to incorporate those into my upcoming meal plans and try to freeze them, and there's one or two things I've found that I wanted to try. Thanks, all!Continually trying the Grocery Challenge. Gotta keep trying!0 -
Ah I have the Jamies Dinners book and have seen that recipe.
I will give it a go in the next couple of weeks.

Friday - shepherd's pie (cooking double, freezing half). DD (veggie) is having one of her southern fried quorn burgers and mash
Saturday - chilli and rice (tortellini for DD)
Sunday - toad in the hole (made with veggie hot dog for DD) and roast potatoes
Monday - spicy beanburgers and chips
Tuesday - HM gnocchi with HM pesto
Wednesday - sauerkraut bake
Thursday - chickpea and tomato soup0 -
I have just planned the next 3 weeks, so here my meals from saturday for the week
sat-easy vegetable pie with mashed potatoes
sun roast potatoes, value stuffing mix, carrots, vege sausages, swede, cauli and gravy
mon-spaghetti with hm tomato sauce and brocolli
tues-rice, tuna and sweetcorn bake with garlic bread
wed-cottage pie made with tvp and frozen mixed vegetables
thurs- lasagne filled with ratatouille and cheese sauce
fri- hm fish cakes, oven wedges and peasIt's the start of the no takeaway challenge.0
