Is anyone else having problems using the free 17 lipstick voucher tried today and was told could not use it when there is already an offer 342
If it does work what are people buying ?
Thanx

Is it just me or have people been spending a tiny proportion of what they spent when the double till-spit was on. I spent at least £150 when the offer was on but have only spent about £10 recently and there's nothing to get me going in every day like I was before offer finished. Come on Mr. Boots - get something sorted ! You must have been making a fortune out of us during the till-spits ?0

How embarrasing, I've just posted this on the temporary boots thread by mistake!!! Anyway...
Evening everyone, I rang Boots CS today because I haven't been able to get past checkout on boots.com for days. I was getting this message: 'We are unable to process your order as it had failed our validations checks. If you require more details please contact our Customer Care Team and quote reference 300'.
When I gave the bloke on the phone the reference, he said he needed to put me through to his manager! I thought I was gonna get into trouble for something!!! Anyway, it turns out that a lot of people are having the same problem as me, it's a technical glitch (and I thought glitches were good things!). When you get that message once it blocks you from ordering ever again!!! The only way to fix it is to ring customer service so they can sort it out. It'll take up to 72 hours to fix. The bloke told me my account should be back to normal by Tuesday, I wanted to tell him there'll be no lovely glitches left for me by then but not sure he'd have taken pity on me!
So, anyone getting a validation error message on .com needs to phone CS xx0 -

The world is full of people throwing stones at us. Its what you do with them that counts. Build a wall or build a bridge.0 -

Came on here to check if anyone else was having problems checking out so glad to see it's not just me!
I'm not getting an error code though. I get as far as the checkout page, fill in all my card details (know them off by heart now after trying about 20 times!) press checkout, the page flickers as if it is going to confirmation then it goes back to the checkout page again. Has anyone else had this problem ie without the validation error message? :mad:0
