Looked in 3 stores for Balm Balms for peeps on here but all gone unfortunately. Wished I'd cleared half of the shelf when I first saw them as there was dozens of 'em. It looked like the shelves have been cleared for all of the Christmas stock but manged to get:

Hi everyone, went to boots today after my mri scan and tried to use the no17 voucher, first i picked up three things and took it to the till, the voucher wouldn't scan and then the sa typed it in and it went through as a bond voucher, so the sa had to get the manager, waited about twenty mins for manager as she was dealing with a customer. Manger told me that i couldn't use the voucher with the current offer and that she had spoke to cs about it and they said there was no way round it.

I thought that she meant that i couldn't get three things, so i tried it with two things and the voucher wouldn't work. Manager had to be called again, waited and waited, then a another sa came and said manager wasn't coming as she had already said voucher couldn't be used, sa told her to get the manager (this sa is really nice and helpful) Manger said that couldn't use the voucher with the offer been on even thou was only getting two products and that i had to wait till the offer finished, which is 7th october. I said that leaves one day to be able to use the voucher and i don't understand why they would send the voucher out if i couldn't use it. Told her i would phone cs myself

Phoned cs turned out i had rung the advantage card number, first person i spoke to was helpful and said she would get somone senior to speak to me, so spoke to a man and he told me i had the wrong department and that the 3for2 hadn't started until this tuesday after the voucher had been sent out, i told him it was last week when the offer started. He said that he didn't really know anything about the offer so would get customer care to contact me tomorrow. Am annoyed as it costs my oh diesel to get there and its not that close and it was a waste of nearly an hour, when we had other things to do as well.

Also with the problems i had on monday i phoned cs today and looks like no one had contacted the store, so the really helpful lady contacted the store and the duty manager phoned me and said she was really sorry about the problems that i had, and that it was been taken further. Its good that they will do something about it, with regards to staff. As i told her there is some nice staff in the store.

i saw some recently but no signs for being reduced or 342 or anything like that.

I bought a No 17 concealer stick £2.59 and managed to get the free lippy in Nunaton Boots but had to be manually added and did not even try for 3for2 as had already tried this yesterday in Leicester Fosse Park Boots and been refused. Good Luck, suggest you be polite but firm to ensure you get the free lippy, and state friends have also bought this and had to had it manually adjusted, also if question where you got voucher, explain it was from boots.com

just popped in to say was in wesfield and there is plenty of R & M sets on 75% and 3 for 2. there was dozens left on the clearance stand. also afew make up bags in black.
i dont know if we are allowed to pick things up for peeps anymore or is it breaking the thread rules.

As far as I know, as long as its done in PM I.e...you could say "they have reduced R&M sets in my local, I can pick them up for people, pm me?"

I can't see there being a problem with that? Unless someone else knows different?
