Evening, I'm a lurker who is coming out of 'lurkdom'!!!
I used the no.17 voucher with 2Xnail varnishes and the till wouldn't accept the voucher at all, said I hadn't spent the required amount. The shop was closing in 5 mins, and the SA called for help, and a nice lady came and scrutinised the voucher(don't think either of them had seen it before) and said that it should go thru. I said if it was a problem,I could leave it,but she kept insisting it should go thru, knew all about the 3for 2, so in the end put it thru as a boots coupon for the amount of the lippy. So I got it 3 for 1 eventually!! THank heavens for lovely SAs.
I also found a few sanctuary vouchers(or are they coupons??!!) and wondered if someone could let me know about the best way to use them-I know it's somewhere on this thread, but I can't find it.
Anyway, nice to 'meet 'you all.

    Hi and Welcome :hello:

Here is my post on the Sanctuary Voucher #186

And here is an example of how I used it:

Sanctuary Kyphi Hot Sugar Scrub £9.95 *this is absolutely divine, and warms really well*
    Sanctuary Mestizo Body Butter £7.45
    Sanctuary Mestizo Shower Gel £5.45

so the till will take off £5.45 on 342 as this is the cheapest item, then the voucher will also take off £5.45 as this is the cost of the shower gel, leaving
    £11.95 to pay :)

i got some yesterday and were 75p but 3 for 2 did not kick in. but then sa only scanned one item instead of all three. only one cardbord type box had a clearance sticker on the rest still said £2.99.
The green ones are still £2.99 apparently :) I'm not sure if lea_t88 (?) got 342 but I didn't. Seemed cheap enough anyway ;)

morning, just reading the new mag nad i noticed someone asked about the xmas evenings, well in the mag it says....
go to www.boots.com/xmasadvantage to find your nearest store running an event.....in oct and nov...usual £10 points back on a £50 spend....test the latest beauty treats and enter a free prize draw...hth.

Thanks for this info Cazian14, but unfortunately as Mrs Bluebear and Aurol212 have pointed out the link isn't working properly which is very frustrating!

You think Boots would get their act together wouldn't you seeing as it's nearly October! I tried phoning them today but couldn't get through. I'll probably give try phoning again tomorrow.

I was getting this message: 'We are unable to process your order as it had failed our validations checks. If you require more details please contact our Customer Care Team and quote reference 300'.
I can't honestly remember now what validation error I was getting clare-t, but I got at least one, then Generic problems, another problem about"CM ..." (posted last night) and problems as others have mentioned where the confirmation page jumps back. sally06 mentioned that she'd had a validation error last night, but I'm not sure if she's found out what the problem was.

Me? I kept wandering away from the pc, but persevered and did get the orders through eventually  but thanks for the info :)

(Need to make 3 hampers up after I log out so I'll just say a quick good night to all of you ladies (and some guy or two lol) Night peeps x

Evening everyone! the balm balms i got were not on 342, i dont think they count as skincare unfortunately. The ones i got did not have clearance stickers on either (i think someone asked/mentioned that earlier) they automatically scanned at 75p. That was the blue and pink ones, the green were still £2.99 :(
