Good morning all. Wages should have gone in today, usually I pay £200 off the family loan and £140 off CC2 on payday, however today I need to replace £100 borrowed from OD2, and around £70 I owe to OH. Came through the month with around £25 so I think it's only going to be the family loan payment that gets made this time. Bloody Christmas!

Only 2 working days left, have quite a lot of work to clear and I can't focus at all!

Hate new ebay. Received several emails from a girl in Canada regarding an item she won nearly 3 weeks ago.

BUYER: 'Hllo, can you give me the measurements of this as I'm not so sure it will fit me now I look at it again '

ME: 'Yes certainly the measurements are xyz. Can I request payment asap as this was won at the start of december. Merry Christmas'

BUYER: 'You only sent me the invoice last week, it wasn't my fault I was delayed in paying'

BUYER: 'I just saw what you are charging for shipping, I'm not paying that. £6 is daylight robbery. I want you to report to ebay we mutally agreed not to complete the sale'

ME: '£6.06 is the quote for signed for international delivery. As stated in the advert I send this way internationally as then it can be tracked. If you wish it to be sent untracked I can send via standard airmail for £3'.

And nothing more has come through. But this angers me, she didn't read the advert, won't pay, 3 other people bid on the item and lost out, I have final valuation fees and need to relist AND I HAVE NO COME BACK. Stupid ebay won't let me leave negitive feedback so she will keep doing this to other sellers. I'm so annoyed!

Well little cheered up, got £20 through from Dooyoo for Amazon, so now that's a £70 balance I have on there to get my crafty books in the sales. Although they all seem to have shot up in price the last few days!

Started relearning to knit at the weekend, going with a scarf at first. Bless him OH is determined he's going to wear it even though I seem to be gaining a stich each line and it's looking decidedly triangular!

I've had a lot of trouble with ebay buyers too! it's dreadful we can't leave neg feedback now! and if you leave a negative comment with positive feedback clicked you get suspended! can't win grr!

So funny you say you're going to relearn to knit! my sister is a knitting/sewing wiz so for xmas asked if she'd teach me to knit! needless to say i suck but it's a good distraction from the stresses of work!

OH turned up to take me out for lunch today, little late after being lost in 'some little town'.... Middlesbrough! We've been together 6 months today. He's pottering about in town for the next 2 hours until I can go home

  • Booo! Down with work after 20th December! Yeah, I should be busy bee-ing it getting stuff caught up on while the phones are quiet but I can't quite bring myself to do anything. And time flies when you're writing reviews rather than doing anything constructive.

Right, I want to get the last £2.30 on STP to my next payout. If I do this tonight then I canm spend tomorrow evening doing OH's pressie. Actually, two birds with one stone I could do both at once, will have to kick OH out for a couple of hours but hey, he can make himself useful helping dad with something! He was such a sweetie last night, wrapped all my parcels to send and most of my Christmas pressies while I filled in the MS report from dinner last night, and did a bit of my knitting of his triangular scarf!

Have done my 3 dooyoo reviews today, only 2 counted to the payout though as for some reason M & S is in a non payout category! Going to go do a 4th to make up for it. I'm in a very good mood today, only about 9 hours working time until I'm off until the 4th January!
