Hmm well I guess we'll see what he says tomorrow. He said to me "well you're not into your overdraft at the minute so at least you won't be getting charged" - I have no intention of being charged even if I do go into my overdraft because this is money I haven't spent!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

I'd be so angry if that was said to me, surely it should be don't worry Ill make a note and if you go into your overdraft before we get this sorted out you wont be charged!!!!

banks are unbelieveable, Im sure it will be sorted though Tete, It makes me so mad the amount of money they must take off people that just don't know any better (me in the past I have to say) - my direct debit for my mortgage went out twice and it took me 3 weeks to get them to agree to remove the charges!! :rolleyes:
