Had to spend money last night on a new external hard drive, both my desktop and my laptop are crammed full of stuff and barely working, so spent £55 and got a new 660gb one on ebuyer. Hate how much it cost but it's cheaper and less cluttered than burning everything onto CD's and DVDs.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

This year (or the second half of it) has gone incredably fast! Don't have anything in 2009 that is a set date to mark my year by, last year I had one fixed date, best friends wedding, and lots of sudden emergencies, this year coming up, nothing. Although I remain hopeful for a holiday! Plus OH will be moving over, that's just not a set date! But hey, him moving over will make 2009 my best year ever.
Nearly time for my next paycheck (well, 2 weeks!), will be interesting to see how much 'spare' money I managed to cling onto this month.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Thats where people say which of their books are for sale for the price of postage. I've had to stop myself looking there or i'll be in even more debt!
Ah, thank you! Oh dear, this is just a new place for me to procure more books which I'll never get chance to read...
The only books I'd really want rid of are some daft 'chick lit' ones I've got free with magazines (and they say so on the back) - do you think it's a bit cheeky to list those? It only says 'Not for reSALE'..!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Lol I know it says that but I've been cheeky and sold a few before, no one has complained. Is there a 'notes' section on readitswap it where you could put it was a promotional copy or something?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

aww Dinah you may not have set dates for events but just think of the excitment when OH moves in!0 -
We're going to have a talk this weekend, come up with a plan for what his direction career-wise is going to be, and therefore what our plans are going to be. I know he's keen to move over asap, but I don't want him jepordising his career for the sake of a few months now, as much as I loved having him here all the time (seems like a dream now, didn't really happen!).
I'm putting off going into town to pay in the check, its so cold today. Need to get some more brown paper and parcel tape too.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I've just realised, apart from packaging up all the ebay parcels, I don't know what to do with myself this evening! OH won't let me list the amazon books/dvds/games, as he wants to do it at the weekend. Equally he's going to help me make a list of all the video tapes to send off for recycling (hopefully). I'm completely up to date on all the surveys, and I haven't managed to get a mystery shopping job in weeks. So tonights to do list currently stands at:
1. Package up all sold and paid for ebay items
2. Make a list of all the mystery shopping companies I am with and have a check through their job boards.

Why not have a night off? Hasn't all this talk of books got you in the moood for snuggling up with one??Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

I can't imagine taking the whole night off! I feel really guilty any time I'm not being 'productive' so I usually do things until about 10.30-11 then I let myself have about an hour before bed (usually taken up by a bath!). The idea of finishing early is more luxury than I think my mind can handle. Think the money making is starting to scramble my brains. Started a new book last night, newish Jodie Picoult one, she's so readable, ended up reading till 1.30 in the morning, and sort of ran into work with 1 min to go!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
