Scruffy - I have a childrens party games book from the 50s on my bookshelf. (It was a 21st Birthday present. It will be useful eventually I'm sure ;) ) I'll have a peep in the morning for you. I'm not sure what age range it covers.

It's always amusing to flick through though. Lots of things you couldn't get away with these days, and the suggested ages are a bit laughable too - if you tried to get 14 year olds to play the games it suggests for them they would think you were off your rocker :rotfl:.

Scruffy - how about musical bumps, kiddies usually find that hilarious!

Well after declaring that I was NOT going to spend a lot on a highchair this time round.....I have fallen in love with this one.

Mel - May I suggest something a little less pricey http://www.lidl.co.uk/uk/home.nsf/pages/c.o.20090526.p.Mac_Baby_Deluxe_Highchair.ar7
:D I do like that one tho, there is a similar one that Krystal was looking at that isn't quite as pricey - can't remember what its called!

Susan - the instruction leaflet says arnica isn't to be used on the face :( I've never used my tube because I always forget!
Thanks. Maybe it depends on the concentration or maybe that's a new things as the tube we used didn't say that.

scruffy - thanks for the links

Sami - well done Chris (he always makes me giggle!) :D

Today we are off to meet some mummies and babies for lunch but its raining! Its quite a walk and not good parking so I am thinking I'll just have to prepare to get wet. Prams should come with mummy covers as well as their own raincovers :D

we had to walk LO up this morning - we are finally seeing some results form our bedtime routine which is great and the early waking seems to have been solved by hubby putting an extra covering over the window - yippeeeeeee!

Sami - Yes, you can suggest;)
Like I say, I doubt I could ever bring myself to pay that much for a highchair. I did see a similar one that was a bit cheaper, I wonder if it is the same one Krystal was looking at?
