A laptop and roboform.
We am currently decorating my house and travelling the world on our wins!
Well to be precise, when gf won £2k worth of clothes vouchers last year, £1,400 were for Debenhams. We have bought new cutlery, crockery, dining table suite, bed linen and other small goodies. Both our mobiles have been won, my MP3 player and camera have been won. Have also won a plasma TV and Jacuzzi and laptop but all with my first wife ;-((
Will be travelling the world with competitions wins!
(New suitcase with Debenhams voucher wins + Satnav was a win)
In 2009 will be going to Canada (7nights), Dublin (4nights) and Manchester (1night).
Well, it's my idea of going round the world.
As previously stated, it's not a career or a hobby, but an obsession!

I've changed my facebook username to NOBODY so when I enter FB comps I press the "Like" button it will say NOBODY likes this0 -

My advice............don't start entering competitions and if you have then stop now.
It's a complete waste of time = you will never win anything and become totally depressed.
I never win anything:rolleyes: (Don't look at my signature)
Do not encourage your friends to enter as they will become totally depressed and hate you. (as will I, as the more people that enter the less of a chance we more deserving people will have!)Comping 2008 wins £4842 2009 wins £950.50 2010 Wins £140 2011 £00 -
i always thank people if i enter a comp they have posted or learn something from their post but I haven't quite worked out how that allows me 2 keep track of what I've entered???x0

So I just imagined that I won an Xbox 360 and a Laptop (which arrived this morning) then? And those are just since January, and that's without the various other small prizes of DVD's and stuff. We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -

I enter a lot
Some of those wins go back nearly 10 years.
2007 and 2008 were good years for me.
Stilll entering a lot, but not getting the decent wins ... yet
That's the name of the game.
Have had a few small wins this year, but not enough to prompt me to update my signature
good luck

This is a bit pointless if there is the email option too but if it is postal only, it IS worth a go.
Thanks, that is a really good tip!2008 Wins: The Shapes - Get Your Learn On (CD), Free transport to and from a Christmas Party2009 Wins: Years Supply of Orbit Complete (144 packets), £50 of Odeon vouchers
2018 Wins: Rockstar Energy Drink Headphones:jDebt-Free Wannabe!! :j

Hello.
I am a newbie to entering the competitions and was just wondering from your message
Quote:
I enter on average 50-500 comps per day and have calculated my win rate at being 1/1000 comps entered.
where do you find 500 competitions to enter a day?
Are they all on this site?

Because the thanks button disappears after you hit it!
If you can't remember if you've entered it before, check to see if the thanks button is there. If it is, you've not seen it before/entered. If it's gone, you've entered it.

That's very helpful but bearing in mind this thread has been "bumped" after nearly six months, I'm not sure she's interested in the answer! :rolleyes:0
