i couldnt be sure but i imagine you would need something a bit sticky to bind it too?
here's the flapjack thread - This is my fave recipe stolen from Pink winged. Not sure what other ingredients you have but that recipe could certainly be used with just oats butter sugar and syrup/honey (omitting the coconut/seeds/nuts)
