Yep gammon in anything like that - coke, ginger beer, orange juice. All should be full fat tho. just cover gammon in said beverage and boild the heck out of it. You can glaze and finsih in a really hot oven, I roll mine in sugar and bung in the oven for 10 mins. Makes a mess of the pan, but it is just sugar so will dissolve.

another quick one from me, if i cook frozen sweetcorn can i refreeze it? mil freezer defrosted so she gave us a whole bag of frozen sweetcorn that we'll never use in 2-3 daysSignature removed for peace of mind0
